SHIPPING
What kind of shipping options do you offer?
We offer three shipping options, which can be selected at Checkout:
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (5-7 days after shipment) for $9.99
UPS 3-Day (3 business days after shipment) for $19.00
Courier Delivery (same or next day within Manhattan, doorman or office buildings only) for $8.00
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states of the US. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international destinations can be arranged but will require additional fees. Please contact hello@fabulaformosa.com to make the necessary arrangements.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address must be provided for all orders.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days from time of purchase. However, items purchased during the weekend, promotional periods or holidays may take longer.
RETURNS
Can I return items?
Our goal is for you to be satisfied in your part of this fabula formosa. If you are not completely enchanted, merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition and packaging. A full refund of the item amount, less shipping charges, will be credited back to the original form of purchase within 5 business days upon receipt of returned item.
**For safety reasons, items in the “Savor” category are not eligible for return.
How do I return items?

GIFT OPTIONS
Why is there no gift wrap option?
While we do not offer gift wrap service, several of our items already come in gift boxes and those that are not will be nicely wrapped.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! During the checkout process there will be a section for Gift/Delivery Instructions. You will be able to enter the message for the gift recipient and we will include the message printed on a Fabula Formosa card in the shipment.
SECURITY
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, you are shopping on a secure website hosted on Squarespace. Both of the payment processors employed, Stripe and PayPal, are PCI-DSS compliant.
How are you handling my personal data?
We value the privacy and security of your personal data. For details on our procedures, please consult our privacy policy and terms of service.
PROMO CODES
Can I use a promo code?
Yes! Promo codes can be entered in the designated box during the checkout process. Promotions run for a limited time and quantities may be limited. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. Only one promo code can be used on an order at a time. If you subscribe to our mailing list, you will be notified when there is a new promo code or you can just check back at our website to see if one is posted.
GENERAL
What if an item is not in stock?
If a product you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, please feel free to join the Product Waitlist. We will be sure to notify you once the item becomes available again. If you have further questions or concerns regarding the item, please email us at hello@fabulaformosa.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or change your order prior to shipment. If an order has been shipped, then we will need to process the item as a Return (see details above). For cancellations, please email us at hello@fabulaformosa.com with your name and order details.
Do you charge sales tax?
A sales tax of 8.875% will be applied on all purchases sent within the state of New York.
